Foreign Aid as of October 1, 2009

The OCHA lists all commitments/contributions and pledges to the Philippines for Typhoon Ondoy (Ketsana) as of 01 October 2009 as follows:

Total Funding (Contributions + Commitments): USD 1,668,123
Total Uncommitted Pledges (Non-binding announcements of an intended contribution or allocation by donors): USD 3,147,698

That's about USD4.8M or  Php240M in foreign aid from the UN (UNICEF, WFP, WHO), Australia, Catholic Relief Services, European Commission Humanitarian Aid Office, Germany, Japan, Mercy Malaysia, OXFAm, Singapore, USA, and World Vision.
